For over 25 years, CBD Construction Group has helped businesses and homeowners throughout Greater Boston and New England plan, build, and renovate spaces that work for them. What started as office buildout and remodeling work has grown into a full-service construction company, handling commercial and residential projects from initial design through final walkthrough.

Led by Jeff Lawson, our team manages every stage of a project in-house — space planning, floor plans and 3D renderings, budgeting and pricing, and full construction and finish work. That single-source approach means one point of contact, fewer surprises, and a project that moves at a pace we control rather than one split across multiple contractors.
